TRANSACTION GUIDE

According to the provisions of Article 7 of the "Regulation on Service Providers and Intermediary Service Providers in Electronic Trade" published in the Official Gazette dated August 26, 2015, the transactions required for the establishment of the contract, the selection of the relevant goods and services, the entry of the delivery and payment information and the confirmation of the orders shall be as follows:

  1. Find the product(s) you want, by using the menus in the categories at the top of the page and/or the search box at the top of the page.
  2. By clicking on the picture of the product, you can access detailed information about the product on the product information page.
  3. On the product information page, you can see the product features and select the number of the product you want, and click the "Add to Cart" button to add the product you have chosen to the cart.
  4. A pop-up window will appear in the middle of the screen with the products you have added to your cart. This window will show the details of the products you have added to the cart. To view the contents of the cart, click the “Cart” button (cart information will be displayed on the next screen) or click the “Continue Shopping” button to continue reviewing the products.
  5. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top to access the cart (the number that appears represents the number of items in the cart). You can also change the number of items in your cart from the cart page. If you wish, you can delete and edit the products in the cart. Promo codes can be used on the cart page.
  6. When you click on the “Exit” button on the cart page, you will be directed to the exit address page.
  7. On the Shipping page, you can log in to your Quadran account or continue as a guest. You must log in to your account to complete your order.
  8. 8. Checkout consists of three stages. After filling your address information on the Shipping page, click the “Continue” button to proceed to the Payment page. After filling in your payment information, click the "Next" button, and you will be taken to the Order Confirmation page. After completing the Payment and Agreement sub-stages, you can proceed by clicking the “Continue” button.
  9. 9. At the address stage, you can enter your address information. By default, the system selects the option 'delivery address is the same as the invoice address'. If you want to use different invoice and delivery addresses, uncheck the 'delivery address is the same as the invoice address' option and enter your invoice address information in the invoice address field. After completing your address information, click the "Continue" button to proceed to the Payment stage.
  10. When paying by credit card, you can choose to enter your credit card information using the 3D Secure transaction option, and if the instalment option is offered, you can select the number of instalments you wish. If you choose 3D Secure transaction, after completing the checkout steps and clicking the "Make Payment" button, the bank will send an SMS to you and direct you to the website.
  11. After entering the payment information at the checkout stage, you can click the "Next Stage" button to proceed to the Order Confirmation page, which is the last stage of checkout.
  12. At the Order Confirmation stage, you must read and accept the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement and click on the "I accept the Preliminary Information Form" and "I accept the Distance Sales Agreement" options. After accepting the agreements, you can complete your order by clicking the “Confirm” button to make the payment.
  13. After completing the three stages on the checkout page, a summary of your order will be displayed. In addition, a summary of your order will be sent by e-mail along with a copy of the Distance Sales Agreement.
  14. After making the payment, the Distance Sales Agreement you have made with Quadran will become effective.
  15. Regarding the information on the digital recording of the Distance Sales Agreement, the buyer will later be able to access and retain this agreement via the same tool:
  16. You can access your e-trade agreement at any time from the "My Account-My Orders" page. The e-trade agreement is retained digitally for at least three years.
  17. As described above, you can change the cart and shipping information by going through the cart, address and payment stages until the “Order Confirmation” stage. Before clicking the "Confirm" button on the last checkout page, you can see all the details of your order and complete your order if you wish.
